Similar to an annual report, the TRISUN Quality Report was created as a snapshot of the TRISUN Healthcare's role in Harden Healthcare's continuum of care, as well as division's services and quality indicators.
Project Title: Save Our Skin Magnet

Assignment:
Developed as an in-facility communication tool to identify at-risk patients, the pink “Save Our Skin” bandage created to be a magnet and a sticker. The magnet was used on patient doors and stickers were used on the patient’s file.
